Yes, it's us!
We decided to get married in the Old Town Hall of The Hague; it's a 16th century building. This picture is from 1745 and therefore not very good quality.
Right next to the town hall stands the Grote or Sint-Jacobskerk from the 15th century. We did not visit it that day, just to show you it's there and delay you a little bit.
The side entrance: no going back now. The White Stork above the door is part of the symbol of the city of The Hague.
Serious stuff. How long did you say exactly???
Boudewijn Regenbogen: hair dresser, teacher, disk-jockey, entertainer and marriage celebrant!
The chairs were rather comfortable. In the back on the right side, our two witnesses.
Getting down to the serious part...
One signature here...
... one more there...
... and that's it already!! Not all that difficult really, anybody could do it!
The sun was shining that day, so let's show it.
Something hot?? (the bill maybe?)
The film crew goes back to work... Marjanne (Pieter's sister) filmed the event. For copies, give her a call.
